Vivio box way too slow!

My vivio box is sooooo slow on responding it's driving me round the bend - it can take up to 5 minutes after pressing the button to do what it's supposed to do each time. In plugging and resetting doesn't work any ideas? Or do I need a new box? We have had it for about 4 years maybe it's dying with old age? I know it wasn't brand new when we had it installed. Any advice much appreciated before I start complaining too much about it 😖

I'm really sorry to learn about the problems you're experiencing with your TiVo service lately, we're aware of an issue that some of our customers are experiencing with slowness to their TiVo service.

 

We're working hard to roll out an update which will help to speed up the TiVo service. You can read more about this [on this thread] and we'll keep you updated there should there be any change.
