Virgin to error 7400

I've had Virgin 2 days and all day today have had error message 7400, I only have 7 watchable channels, no one available to fix it till Wednesday, really unimpressed with my first week with Virgin and really wishing I hadn't left sky! I've reset the box repeatedly like it says but no joy. Any ideas? X

I'm very sorry to hear that you're getting this error so soon after being installed.  It's not the kind of beginning we'd like to see with a new valued customer.  


I can see the engineer has been round to fix this for you which is great to see.  I'd love to know how things are today, keep me posted.
