Virgin on Demand refuses to work

For the past few days our on demand service has been refusing to play any films, even the bought ones. We've been charged but not been allowed to view them. I'm pretty peeved to be honest. Waste of money!!! The message just says check service status but I've run tests with no problems discovered, via the web and virgin phone line. I've done all the resetting the box options too to no avail. Someone please help. What do we do?

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's really great having you on board with us in the Community Smiley Happy 

 

Apologies to hear you're having an issue with watching On Demand content. 

 

Checking your account it looks as though there is a smart card provisioning issue. What this means is that your services are not paired up correctly with your TiVo® and therefore can be restricting access to On Demand services as well subscription channels. 

 

I've done a refresh for you and sent some hits down to restore this. If you can reboot the TiVo® box for me by powering off at the mains this should resolve things.
