Re: Virgin movies rewatch film

Hi allyj,

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's great having you here.

When you purchase content, you are not actually buying the content you are renting it.

All rentals are viewable for 48 hours after purchase. After this you would need to re-rent the content to watch it again.

Hope this answers your question.

If you have any other issues or queries, pop back and let us know.

Thanks,

Re: Virgin movies rewatch film

Thanks for the reply. Yes I was aware it was a rental. But after 12 hours it was nowhere to be found so we could not continue watching it. Bit upset as paid 4.99 😐

Re: Virgin movies rewatch film

That was the first place I looked the day after and it wasn't there. So paid for 2 days and only got 12 hours of film ??

Re: Virgin movies rewatch film

Hi allyj

Sorry to learn about these issues, As Kath has mentioned, if you visit the section that you initially rented the movie from within 48 hours, it should give you the option to watch without purchasing again.

I'm sorry that the Home > On demand > Continue watching didn't work, as that normally does the trick.

I'll be here should you need any assistance moving forward.

Craig

Re: Virgin movies rewatch film

If rented for 48 hours and start wstching before deadline but not finished...will the film cut out at the time limit and lose rest of film...or if started watching before deadline will rest of movie remain available after the deadline?
