I have reset my TiVo box numerous of times and my internet is working fine but when I go on to Netflix or BBC iPlayer it just keeps saying no internet connection? On my network settings it comes up a failed whilst negotiating?
Really sorry to hear you're having trouble accessing apps on your TiVo®.
I've run a diagnostic on your equipment and it seems the box is currently 'offline'. Is the box switched on at your end? If so, then this could indicate an issue with the TiVo's connection to our network and will need to be investigated further.
