Wanted to cancel my installation appointment as their website is very misleading as to what channels you be getting with package. The cancellation department are bunch of liars jus want to make a sale. They lied to me saying I would receive the premium channels with the same monthly charge if I don't cancel the contract. After installations no premium channels. It was all a lie, I wasted a days unpaid leave from work. Their virgin box is going to the bin.
It's very misleading because your showing premium channels on your to packages for eg. I chose m+ package, click on it and it appears to show all the premium channels. If you go to sky or bt they will only show the channels that you will get. So when I called your cancellation team and spoke to Rushmi on Sunday 18th at 12:09 pm. I explained the reason I am cancelling. She said let me speak to my manager and put me on hold, when she came back to me she said don't worry you will recieve all the premium channels listed because it's misleading. So am upset as to why she said that, is that how they trained?.
I agree - was told package would be same but it is not, some channels I had before now need a subscription. Even the operators wasn't aware of the change of TV channels in the different packages. It is just a con to get you pay more. Will cancel and get Freeview boxes.
