Virgin box stuck on starting up

The tv has just stopped working. Stuck on Start up screen. Blue light with a red light flashing. We have turned it all off and on again. And left it for an hour. Still nothing

Could be offline so the team will investigate the issue they will send engineer out if the box is offline just leave the box alone don't press anything could make the box worse the team will investigate the issue and be in touch
