Virgin Tivo C130 Can't get appointment until February

Hi, I hope that someone can help me since I'm getting no where on the phone I have been getting the C130 error for the last two days now and it's now the second time that it has happened in the last week. the first time I rang up the guy was really helpful and credited my account for the loss of service and made an appointment an engineer to come out and have a look since he couldn't find anything when he ran diagnostics so since I already had an appointment I asked him to get the engineer to look at the connection as well not knowing that would mean that I am now going to have to wait until February for someone to come out install the new box and find out what is wrong with my connection. I'm don't know what else to try to get someone out sooner but i'm temped to leave Virgin Media

Managed to get someone to come out on Saturday 7 January
