Virgin TiVo not working

My virgin TiVo box is not working. It's preparing channels but stuck at 25% and then it says error preparing channels. Please advise what I should do?

I'm sorry to hear that your TiVo® isn't fully loading right now.  How are things looking today?  If you're still getting this error, try the following steps:

HOME > HELP & SETTINGS > SETTINGS > NETWORK > CONNECT TO MY VIRGIN MEDIA SERVICE NOW 

This process will take up to a few minutes but can take up to 40 minutes to go through.  This will ensure the TiVo® has all the latest updated information.

spope i had that error message pop up when connecting to virgin network wait for it to go through the set up and it takes a while it will say error on it because its connecting to virgin network and tivo let it do its job if you see other messages pop up like cant connect or it acts strangely ring 150 or get back on here to team and they will sort it jonni
