Vevo - one moment please

Why does Vevo just say one moment please and then not do anything else?! I have two Tivo boxes and have only been able to activate Tivo on one as it is and that one just says one moment please and then crashes the whole system.

What is the point in offering a new service if it doesn't work?? The old music on demand was so much better!

Yes I have never been able to get this to work. I am now able to log in to vevo downstairs but my TiVo box in my bedroom just says one moment and then freezes and I have to turn it off at the plug to reset.

I have run some checks on your boxes and I can see some signal issues on one of the boxes that's likely causing issues. There are also some errors showing that may be contributing to the errors I'm seeing.
