I'm sorry to hear that the picture isn't showing very well right now. I'll be happy to help check this out for you.
I have taken a look at your box remotely and all looks great with the signal/power levels. Is this affecting all channels?
With this kind of picture disruption it can be down to a loose or faulty lead connecting the box to the TV set. Can you please check to see that this lead is plugged in securely, if it is it's worth trying a different lead to rule out it's faulty.

Hi phunt110, I had the same issue. Had box installed today and it has been flickering all day, at times the Image was desapearing for a second or two. Just changed the hdmi cable and its back to normal, no more flickering.
