VEVO Question

After playing a video, how do I return to the main menu?

Pressing left on the four way pad should bring up the menu. You can do this even when a video is playing as it'll appear over the video.

Tried VEVO today...... Not impressed. Having same problem trying to exit video.everytime I want to watch a video I have to type in name and search etc.once watched I can't return to main screen showing all the videos......frustrating. Pressing left didn't work for me.neither did calling Virgin Media.

I'm really sorry to hear that you are having an issue moving back to the main menu on VEVO after selecting a video to watch. Checking things here we're successfully able to navigate left so I'm wondering if it's something to do with your remote or box. 

 

Since posting has there been any change? 

Have you noticed any other issues with the remote?
