Whilst watching quite a few recordings on the V6. It shuts it's self down and does a reset..I Did contact virgin and they came down and replaced the V6 box but after 2 weeks the new box is doing the same thing. the only way I can watch the recording is to go to the part where the box goes off and quickly wind the recording forward.
No luck with the problem of the V6 box shutting itself off whilst playing back a recording. Engineer came but other then change box with another not a lot they can do at the moment. Problem will still be there until a software update is sorted. two choices I either wait or rip it out for the old Tivo box.
in the 4 weeks i have been with virgin my new v6 box has crashed several times and now im left with no picture just sound, it is and has been a complete farce, ... i am now trying the old box next week, if that is just as bad i'm cancelling and going back to sky, in the 10yrs i was with sky i had no tv problems at all
