V202

I keep getting this v202 message everytime I try to watch catch up or on demand there isn't any service issues in my area so not sure what it is and wondering if someone could help here, thanks

Thanks for posting on the community.

 

I have checked the signals on your Virgin box and I can see there are some issues so what I would like to do is to arrange for a technician to take a closer look.
