Hello, can you help? The V202 error message cons on the screen every time you want to watch programs on demand. I have turned off the box and done the thumbs up thumbs down play play. this has helped with the speed of the box. Please help
I have found your duplicate post regarding this and replied to it but I can see I have the information I need in this post. I have located your account and I can see you have reported this to one of the team who have advised it's a known issue. The signals on your box are looking good at the moment but please let me know if you're still experienced anymore problems and I'll investigate it further.
