V202 error...help!

I am getting error v202 when trying on demand, what is this and how can I solve it?

Can you try a few things.

Firstly Reboot the TiVo Box. You can do this by turning it off at the back and back on again. 

Also a forced connection to the VM servers might also fix it.

Home> Help and Settings > Network > Network > Connect to Virgin Media Service Now


200Mb(SH2 SH2AC Hub 3.0), 2 X V6 TV XL, Phone M. 100Mb Business (Hitron Hub).

I'm getting v202 error on catch up - but only for some shows.

and v 312 when trying to load netflix app.

Update - v312 sorted error, not sure if it was turning the box off/on at mains trick, or because I routed via cat5 rather than powerline wi fi extension. should have checked one at a time, but i'm not going to risk it not working...

I'm not convinced about powerline/wifi in general...
