V202 Error call 150????

Hopefully someone can tell me what the problem is with my virgin?

I'm unable to watch on demand and catchup programmes and keep getting the error V202?

My problem is I do not want to call customer support as I spent 40 mins getting passed about the other week by virgin media representatives in a foreign call centre only to be asked if i was calling about my bill.... 

I'm quickly regretting moving from an easy to use, working yet expensive sky service to what is although cheaper... a more frustratingly, not working correctly.... poor customer service virgin media TV.  

Can someone please give me some advice on what thew V202 error means?

Welcome to the community and I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with the On Demand and Catch Up.
