Using TIVO remote to switch AV devices

Hello, apologies if this has already been asked/answered but I could not find a topic on it.

I have set up my Tivo remote to control the my TV, but I cant seem to find the button which switches devices on AV. I have to get up each time and physically press the button on my TV to switch my HDMI devices so I can play on the PS4 or switch to my NowTV box.

Is there not a button like on the sky remote where you can switch between devices on the TV?

Just to clarify I am not trying to control the AV devices, just switch between them using my Tivo remote..

Re: Using TIVO remote to switch AV devices

It will require a long press of the text button, rather than a short press.

This should cause the LED to turn green, not red.

Re: Using TIVO remote to switch AV devices

I haven't found one that worked yet. Have to resort to using the old tv remote to do it. Maybe someone else

will come up with an answer!

Re: Using TIVO remote to switch AV devices

Thanks for the advice Ernie, but unfortunately that doesn't do the trick either.

I've physically pressed every button on the remote, so im hoping there might be a combination of buttons I can press?

Re: Using TIVO remote to switch AV devices

I could kiss you!! Thank you Ernie, that has resolved my issue.

The long press brings up the av menu then I can use the arrow buttons to select which device I want Smiley Happy
