Upgrade not showing

I just upgraded my tv package online.
I've had the email confirmation.
But my box hasn't updated, it's been just over an hour now.
Just wondering if the upgrade has worked and I've just got to wait longer, I thought it would update pretty much instantly.

Not certain, but I think it could take up to 24 hours online where as it's virtually instant by telephone. If you would like to have your upgrade today it may be best to phone your request.
