Up-date now muted ?

Had Tivo just 3 days and already a problem.

Watching YouTube and asked to click for a software update. When completed, no sound ! Rang 150 for help, but after trying told need an engineer required and that would be the day after tomorrow, so no tv for a couple of days. Strange no way to fix via help line. Anybody else experience similar problem and perhaps know how to remedy ? Or is this utterly unique to me ?  Thanks...

Since when has Youtube prompted for updates on TiVo?

I am sorry that the YouTube's been silenced unexpectedly and would really like to help. I can see that you've mentioned the engineer is coming out and from what seems would have already been.

Thanks, all sorted & working. Was new TV causing problem, which couldn't be fixed, so replaced. Sorry to call VM as not really your concern. Jumped to wrong conclusion. Delighted with new TIVO Box. Smiley Happy
