I imagine many of us will be leaving in January. I left last year but Virgin Media kept phoning me back offering lower and lower subscriptions and promising the world. Obviously, it has been one of the worst years ever and there are no signs of a modern replacement to their Tivo. That and the dreadful customer support (and lack of it) means enough is enough. I only started posting again in recent weeks to prove that nothing has changed and so I can demonstrate, when I cancel, that Virgin Media have had every possible opportunity to make things less worse and they failed.
