I am seriously now losing the will to live. So I had issues with watching on demand movies - error 407. Paid the rental of £5, but couldnt watch. After hours of stress trying to sort it, the guy in the call centre tells me it will be fixed by today even though he seemed to have no idea what I was saying!! Tried again today and now I cant use any on demand service and just getting an unexpected problem message- c501 code. Can anyone help with this??? The customer phone service is diabolical, the web chat keeps crashing and this is my last hope!! How do I complain? Is it to much to just go to offcom direct?! Is their actually anyone running this awful company? Questions, questions.. if only there was someone at virgin who could help though that seems to be a big ask. :-((

I've located your account and I can see you've spoken to our team to get this sorted out. Is the TiVo® working OK now? I can also see the team have applied a credit to cover the rental you weren't able to view.
