After an engineer visit this morning my Tivo box was replaced - we've only had the TV service since June and have had so many problems.
I'm happy the box is behaving, but sad I've lost recordings. I find the 'Search and Discover' slow to navigate on the tivo box, so thought I'd use the app on my Ipad. I keep getting the message 'Invalid username or password'. Have changed the password, but still get the same message. It's probably something to do with the new box, but I'm finding this so annoying. Have deleted the app, reinstalled, updated ios to 9.3.3 but nothing is working.
