Unable to log in on TV Anywhere app on ipad 2

After an engineer visit this morning my Tivo box was replaced - we've only had the TV service since June and have had so many problems.

I'm happy the box is behaving, but sad I've lost recordings. I find the 'Search and Discover' slow to navigate on the tivo box, so thought I'd use the app on my Ipad. I keep getting the message 'Invalid username or password'. Have changed the password, but still get the same message. It's probably something to do with the new box, but I'm finding this so annoying. Have deleted the app, reinstalled, updated ios  to 9.3.3 but nothing is working.

Counting the months until I can go back to Sky.

It can take a day or two for TV Anywhere to get access to a new TiVo.

Have tried on and off over the last few days to log in, and still get the same error message about 'invalid username or password'.

Am getting a bit frustrated now, as I don't know how much longer to give it.

Dont both with TV Anywhere is does not work. You'll end up just wasting your time.

Well, the app started working when I logged in this evening, so I'm really pleased.

I find posts like the one before not very helpful - TV Anywhere does work, I just wish it had been working a bit sooner!

I'm sorry it's taken us so long to catch up with your thread. 

 

Usually when a TiVo® is replaced it does take a few days to then become active. Now it's all working if you have any further issues, come back and let us know.
