Haven't been able to install my tivo since yesterday when the engineers cabled it all up for me and it has a flashing green heart on it what is going on....

Really sorry to hear you've had trouble with your install.
I've run diagnostics on your equipment but the box appears to be offline at the moment. Are you still having trouble with this?

If the heart light is flashing then the box isn't connecting to the network properly. Also, you won't need an Ethernet connected to the TiVo® for it to function.
