Unable to access apps and games

Just had my box and internet installed and the men who connected and installed my equipment ensured me that everything is connected as it should. Just explored my new TiVo box and realised I am unable to access any apps or games. No options appear in the list when I select apps and games via the home menu. Anyone have any ideas?

Welcome to the forums and it's great to have you with us Smiley Happy

 

When your TiVo® is first connected to the network it can take up to 24 hours for it to settle and for all the interactive features to become available. 

 

I would expect things to be working by now. Can you check and let me know if you are still having an issue Smiley Happy

If it's been more than 24 hours and still no apps, try a reboot.
