I'm getting TV added on to my virgin package within next few days. I've realised I do not have cable and my router is in bedroom not in my lounge. Could an engineer call to rectify this for me
If you have signed up for self-install, then I would call customer services ASAP, as what comes with the new box will only be sufficent to site the box next to your existing broadband kit.
