you need to call in and select TV fault.
I followed the forum advice and rung 150 and go into the TV fault menu, but that does not connect to a person, both options end up saying its going to run a diagnostic on the Tivo box.
Am I missing some option ?
How do I speak to someone to request a new remote ?
Some of the buttons on my remote stooped working. Called 150 yesterday and they are sending a new one. Del 3-5 days.
