Tv guide not working

Is anyone else experiencing an issue with the guide function, TV shows as normal but no programme information is shown and when I try to select the guide from the home menu it reverts back to the home screen. It says 'Virgin media service interrupted' but as I still can watch the programmes I can't see how :/

What are the lights on the front of your box doing?

 

you may have lost the Internet connection for TiVo to VM but you'd need to say what's happening to the lights for us to tell. 

 

You our would still be able to watch tv but you would have any other info.

I just have the power light and the one next to it under the heart, all cables are correctly plugged in as normal

Try 

 

home - help - network - connect to VM services

 

see if that helps. If not phone in. You'll need an engineer.

I've seen the completely empty guide before -  try a reboot as it fixed it here
