Tv and Internet

I'm also getting the network availability C130 error code.. Not sure what to do?

If your internet is working - remember TiVo has its own connection so if your TiVo isn't working doesn't mean your BB isn't - check the VM website for your area to see if there's a fault on the network

if not try home-help- settings-network- connect to virgin

if that doesn't work phone in for help.
