Having a lot of trouble with my TiVo, like taking an age to respond, catch up not always available and freezing part of the picture.
Decided tonight to call Virgin and spent 20 minutes on hold only for the line to go dead and a message saying the other party has finished.
This has wound me right up and I wish to cancel my contract. Is there any other way of doing this other that spending an age on hold hoping that the operator will not disconnect you when you get to the top of the queue? I pay over £80 PM and for this I thought I would have expected some respect from Virgin, obviously not.

I could certainly look into this for you but if you wish to cancel the only way to do this is to give our disconnections team a call on 150 from a Virgin Media landline or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone and one of the team will be able to get this arranged.
