Tivo

Everything was fine till 5.00am and I've got a C130 message on my TiVo box and green light flashing :/ if engineer has to come out who's paying for that?

That sounds like a networking issue and, at that time of the morning, there could have been work in progress.

Does the problem still exist after a reboot?

Nice to be able to post again, after their mistake (removed by the Censorship team).

All is fixed I called them this morning they booked engineer to come out Wednesday but did say it could be problem their end sorted
