Why havent i got any listing and my box keeps saying network cable unplugged

Hello Sisco2531,

Okay it sounds like the TiVo® hasn't been able to update the TV guide. This can be due to a number of  reasons such as the box being turned off by the mains every night instead of standby, a loose cable at the back of the box or just the box struggling to establish a connection for the updates.

 

Normally if this happens then you would need to try and manually update the box, you can do this by going to  - 

 

Home - Help & Settings - Settings - Network - Connect to the Virgin Media Service Now

 

You will then see another screen pop up which will go through different stages, you don't need to keep this on your screen so if you press the TV button at the top right of your Virgin remote it will remove everything off the screen and continue to work in the background which can take up to one hour to complete. 

 

Please let me know how you get on or if you're still seeing the network cable unplugged error.
