Does having a high percentage of saved programmes slow my TiVo response?

Welcome to the Community, sorry to hear that your TiVo service is operating slowly at the moment.

 

The speed of your box shouldn't be affected by the amount of recorded content on the hard drive, we are aware of an issue that some of our customers are experiencing with their TiVo box and we're working hard on rolling out an update to resolve this issue, you can find out more information about this [by clicking here].
