I'm really sorry for the problems with your TiVo box at the moment, I want to help to get this resolved as soon as possible!
I've been able to locate your account and run some tests on the set top box from our end, we're not seeing any issues at the moment. Do you notice this happen at any certain time of day? Also, when the box restarts, what do you see on the screen?
