Tivo won't connect to my TV

Although I haven't moved any of the cables etc. this morning my Virgin TV box / Tivo won't turn on or connect to my TV?

It says there is no signal but I haven't changed anything from the last time I watched TV....

I turned it on and off and now it flashes between starting up screen (which is taking longer than usual) to a no signal screen?

Really sorry to hear you've had trouble with your TiVo®.

 

I've run diagnostics on your box and it appears to be online and functioning normally at the moment. Is the box still not connecting to the TV?

If you are using a HDMI splitter then that could cause a problem. When I first installed my Tivo box it worked via my HDMI splitter (only two sockets on tv and tivo was fourth device needing connection). Without changing anything the following day I found the Tivo box would not work via the spliiter and had to be directly connected - I have also had this problem with my Amazon TV stick.

Thanks Josh - I got it working. I think it was the HDMI splitter that was causing the problem!
