Tivo voice sync problem

Just installed a new Tivo box and the speaker's mouths are out of sync with the sound. Have restarted the box several times and no change. Recorded shows seem ok though. Any suggestions?

In the tivo settings try changing the sound output from Dolby to PCM if you don't have a surround sound system connected

Tried that but only a slight improvement. Can any Virginmedia staff help?
