Tivo updating

I've had this problem before and it was fixed pretty quickly so I'm hoping the same can be done again. Basically my Tivo box has been updating stage 1 of 3 since about 5am and it just keeps starting over once the bar is filled, I've tried rebooting etc and it's made no difference. The last time this happened it was fixed by Virgin on their end, so if someone from Virgin can get in touch with me to sort it out again, I would greatly appreciate it.
