Tivo stuttering

stuttering and pixelation on all recorded shows when playing them back. Tried switching off and on but keeps happening

If just on playback, then it's likely a dying HDD. Ring it in to get a replacement.

Thanks for taking the time to join our Community and posting on the Forum. Apologies for the difficulties you're experiencing with your TiVo® service stuttering and pixelating.

Checking on this for you, I can see that you took PrinterElf's advice and called in and spoke to our Faults Team. Has this been fixed for you now?

If you are still having a problem, please let me know and I'll look into this further for you.
