Tivo stuck on Starting Up

Good morning,

All day yesterday my TiVo box would not let me watch live TV. It kept saying all the channels were currently unavailable.
The same thing happened this morning when I turned the box on and so I rebooted the box. Now it won't work at all. It's just been stuck on the starting up screen for nearly an hour.

Please can someone help with this?

I think it's broken you'll need to phone for an engineer. 150 is free from a virgin phone or 03454541111
