My tivo box sound is out of sync. Watching through freeview on my tv is fine so i know it's a problem with the tivo box. Its been doing it for a few months now but is getting worse. The box has been rebooted but has made no difference.
I'm sorry to hear that you're getting sound sync issues through the TiVo® service. I will be happy to help check this out with you.
As you've already confirmed you don't have any audio equipment connected we can rule this out. Can you please let me know if this affects all channels, if only certain ones which channels are affected? Are they SD or HD or both?
If you can let me know I can check further. Also if possible can you try a different HDMI lead to rule out a possible fault lead?
