My TV/Tivo box is getting slower and slower to the point where you can almost go and get a cup of tea while it's thinking about what to do. It isn't full to capacity (65%) so I'm puzzled.
Don't be puzzled.. there IS something up. So many threads here with similar problems, but there are no solutions offered.. oh.. apart from moving elsewhere at the end of your contract. It's all very sad

I'm sorry to hear things are running slowly with the TiVo® box. I will be happy to look into this for you.
I have checked out your box remotely and I have found a couple of signal problems that need some attention. I will arrange for an engineer to call round and get this fixed for you.
