Tivo slow = new box and reduction in monthly payment
Have been talking to a work colleague who had had enough of the slow tivo box and the removal of the HD on demand movies, he spoke to virgin about the issue and after much arguing got a new tivo box installed on Saturday and managed to get a reduction in his monthly payments until the end of his current contract. The new box cured the speed issue but appears the HD movies are gone for good.He did have to phone them 7-8 times to get anywhere. Gonna get on the phone this week or will be off to sky.

Before you do ask again about his speed issue. See top of board for post 'slow TiVo'. New software issue I'm afraid. Depends on how fed up you are I guess but there's a new virgin box coming in the next few months
