Tivo service setup configure connection failure

Hi

I just got my tivo yesterday and activated before it was plugged in.

So when doing the setup it fails on the final step when it is configuring the network connection.

Any ideas?

Support is always busy

A TiVo, or a V6 box?

Hmmmmmm, not good.

Likely the quickest way through this will be to ring 150 if you haven't already, and report it as deaded.
