Recently I haven't been able to watch any of my Tivo recordings. They are pixelised and jump quite a bit, missing out chunks of picture and sound. The programmes really are unwatchable.
Wondering if anyone from VM can check to see if my box needs any attention from an engineer?

I'd like to take this opportunity to welcome you to the forums and say that I'm really sorry to hear that your recordings have been playing up of late, so much so that they have become unwatchable.
I've done some testing on the TiVo® and have been unable to find any issues, all power levels seem to be running fine, and the hard drive is not reporting any issues.
Does this happen on all recordings? Both HD and SD?
Are the recordings made at all times of the day?
Are these recordings made from one particular channel?
