I'd firstly like to welcome you to the forums and say that I'm really sorry to hear that your TiVo® recordings keep skipping and jumping.
I've done some testing and can see that your TiVo® is currently showing as offline, could you please check if it was powered on at the time of my testing and let me know.

I've run some testing on the account this evening and can see some issues with the TiVo® which will require a technician to call out and investigate further.
