Recently my TIVO box has been playing up, when watching recordings or paused tv it freezes, jumps backwards and forwards, making programmes unwatchable.
I have had the box for many years now.
Please can you advise best course of action to get this rectified
Have you tried a reboot? Give it a go if not but it may well be your hard drive on its way out so you'll probably need an engineer.
Thanks for coming by, I'm sorry that your recordings aren't playing back very well at the moment.
I have carried out some checks to find out what's causing this and can see a fault when I look at the hard drive status. This will require and engineer to call out and get fixed for you.
