Tivo problems

This is my first problem with Virgin, and trying to get to a human is proving impossible. This is as close as I have got.

How the hell do you request sdomeone to come out and fix a faulty TIVO box. The phone number doeasnt allow it. I cant 'chat' live as they are all busy, and there is no email address.

I thought Sky was bad, and it really really was, but my first contact with virging is proving worse

Many thanks for your post and visiting the Community for the first time. 

 

It's great to see some help from other members and EightBall is right in a way to get in touch for and an engineer, you would need to organise an appointment first from the team on 150/ 0345 454 1111. I have tested the connection and it's looking well so far. Are you still experiencing interruptions?
