It's like the tivo settings are not in sync with the tv. As an example yesterday no problem, today though the video you get in the top right corner when on Home, I can only see the bottom part, it's like as if the tivo layout is bigger than the tv itself.

I've been able to locate your account and run some tests on the box from our end for you. We're not seeing any issues with the TV service from our end at the moment, how have things been for you lately?
