I am posting on behalf of my nan.
Her box stopped working about 12pm today and has rung up about 3 times.
Her box has a red flashing light and s blue light and on the screen is constantly saying 'starting up'.
She has been told she can not get someone out for over a week which is just ridiculous can someone help please.
