Tivo not working

Just had new Tivo box installed nearly a week ago and I am getting a T63 service error message stating account is not currently set up correctly. Can view channels by pressing channel up and down but guide nor working and can't record. Help option under settings also unavailable! Tried ringing 150 but states all advisors are busy and don't want to be waiting on phone for ever and be charged for it. Does anyone have any ideas how to rectify this? Already done standard reboot and checked service availability.

I'm afraid the only way is to ring back but the good news is you don't get charged for using 150. They need to check your account details and push buttons they're end to sort it out.
